Weddings On Budget is a wedding and event directory platform based in Ghana. We connect engaged couples with trusted event vendors and offer bundled services to make planning more affordable and seamless.
By using our site or services, you confirm that:

You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
You can explore vendors, request quotes, and contact service providers. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
As a vendor, you are responsible for maintaining your listings, pricing, and availability. Misleading, fake, or harmful content may result in removal.
You are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of your listings.
Weddings On Budget may offer curated event bundles that include multiple vendors and services.
Bundles are subject to availability and confirmed only upon deposit or full payment
Prices may vary based on customization and event location
We act as a facilitator between couples and vendors and are not liable for vendor-specific service failures (see section 8)
All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of Weddings On Budget or its partners.
You may not:
Reproduce, republish, or redistribute content without permission
Use our logo or brand without prior written consent
Vendor logos, images, and materials remain their own intellectual property.
You agree not to:
Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content
Harass, spam, or impersonate other users or vendors
Attempt to interfere with the operation of the platform
Use the site for unauthorized commercial purposes
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts violating these rules.
Weddings On Budget connects users with independent vendors. We:
Vet vendors to ensure trust and professionalism
Do not guarantee the outcome of any service
Are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disputes between couples and vendors
We encourage all users to sign a separate agreement with their chosen vendor.
All payments for bundles or premium vendor listings are made through secure payment gateways
Refund policies are communicated per service or vendor, and will be honored accordingly
If you cancel a service, you may be subject to cancellation fees or non-refundable deposits
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we aim for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee:
100% error-free operation
Continuous, uninterrupted access to all services
Exact vendor availability or pricing
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weddings On Budget is not liable for:
Any indirect or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the platform
Vendor actions, missed deliveries, or poor performance
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us for a specific service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any legal disputes must be resolved within the Ghanaian court system.
